About Andy Wilson and Wilson Legal Services

Attorney Andy Wilson is a seasoned litigator and trusted business advisor who helps his clients assess and overcome legal risks and other obstacles to growth.  With the expertise of representing and advising large businesses in a wide range of legal matters for more than 17 years, Andy founded Wilson Legal Services LLC in 2014 to serve small and mid-sized businesses within the Atlanta community.  He also assists law firms of all sizes. 

Andy fundamentally believes that businesses should not have to break the bank to receive the proficient advice and professional representation that their larger competitors would obtain from any of Atlanta's big name law firms. 

For seven years prior to establishing Wilson Legal Services, Andy served as Deputy General Counsel for Randstad, one of the country's largest staffing and HR services providers. In that role, he advised corporate management regarding all aspects of labor and employment law as it pertained to the company's 75,000+ employees.  He also managed company litigation matters, drafted and negotiated many of the company's contracts (including client and vendor contracts, non-disclosure/non-compete agreements, lease agreements, and software license agreements), and played an important role in managing legal compliance initiatives. 

Prior to his experience at Randstad, Andy worked as a commercial litigator at Alston & Bird, one of Atlanta's largest law firms, where he focused on copyright, trademark, patent, and e-commerce litigation. 

When not practicing law, Andy enjoys cooking, attending live music events, and following sports.
